Standing at 5.1 inches, Steve is barefoot and shirtless, with very visible chest hair, covered in red blood splatters around his face and body. His voluminous brown hair is a little disheveled as he is busy trying to fight off the gray flying monster. He uses his right hand to pull the creature's tail while using his left foot to pin it to the ground. On his left wrist you can see his gold watch with a black bracelet attached to it and his pants are light blue jeans. The exterior of its double-walled packaging shows Steve inside the Upside Down with hues of dark purple and blue around him inside a forest.
